P.A. Nova hopes to bring in more than PLN 25m by selling three of its retail parks, the business server parkiet.pl reports. The three projects, located in Andrychów, Stalowa Wola and Myszków, were put on the market a few months ago. The retail developer’s CEO, Ewa Bobkowska, said she expects to have the deals finalized in August. The funds from the sales will go toward P.A. Nova’s biggest project to date, a shopping center in Jaworzno. The project is expected to cost PLN 191.5m. The developer has already secured a PLN 72m loan from the government’s JESSIKA program. “We’ve already started the leasing process for the project, with the first agreements expected to be signed by the end of the year,” says Bobkowska.
