P.A. Nova sold two retail parks, located in Andrychów and Stalowa Wola, for PLN 17.22m. The buyer is the Warsaw-based company Peppercorn 7. The vendor says it plans to exit another project by the end of the month. Funds raised in the sale of the park in Myszków will go towards the PLN 22m the company intends to use for its next (and biggest ever) project, Galeria Galena in Jaworzno.
“Along with the Galena project, we’re also in works to open two other retail projects in Poland in the second half of 2015,” said P.A. Nova president Ewa Bobkowska, adding that the company plans to keep the projects in its portfolio.
