PA Nova plans to complete five retail projects, totaling 49,000 sqm of space, in 2015, the company’s CEO, Ewa Bobkowska, told the Polish Press Agency. The developer’s biggest investment is currently underway in the town of Jaworzno. At a cost of PLN 191.5m, PA Nova is set to deliver 31,500 sqm of GLA in the fourth quarter of 2015. The developer hopes to have the project 75 percent leased at that time. It is currently 30 percent pre-leased.
“Our strategy on the Polish market involves the diversification of retail projects. Targeting locations that have between 20,000 and 100,000 residents, we’re expecting to have a total of 100,000 sqm of retail space operating on the Polish market,” said Bobkowska.
