Pamlico Point Management buys 290-acre Venice, FL residential plot

Pamlico Point Management, has paid $12.5 million for 290 acres of land in Venice, FL. The site of the future Woods at Venice has been pre-approved for 263 single family homes and will preserve 50 percent of the land as open space. Pamlico Point Management is an affiliate of Neal Land Ventures and Lakewood Ranch-based Neal Communities, which as one of the area’s largest home builders has more than 5,500 blanks or lots available for residential and mixed-use development in Southwest Florida. “We acquire and plan properties with a commitment to responsible building and development, economic growth of the community and ecological accountability,” said John Neal, president of Neal Land Ventures.
