Panova is building a retail park in Zielona Góra, western Poland. The scheme, which will go up between Wrocławska, Lwowska and Piastowa streets, will offer nearly 3,000 sqm in three buildings. One building will house a grocery store, while the other two will be leased by retailers like Maxi Zoo, Pepco, Rossmann and Zyguła. Negotiations with a major grocery operator are in progress, according to Panova. The project will include 300 parking spots. Completion is planned for November. P.A. Nova is the general contractor.
