Paradise Ventures Inc. based out of Safety Harbor (north of St. Petersburg) has purchased a vacant lot in Palm Coast for $2.9 million. The 12.37-acre parcel is located at the southeast corner of State Road 100 and Belle Terre Parkway directly across from the Palm Coast Town Center. Paradise Ventures, which specializes in the development of Publix shopping centers and Walgreens stores nationwide, is planning a retail development on the site. The seller was Clearlake Holdings Inc. of Los Angeles.
