Pařížská property reportedly on the market

Hospodářské noviny reports that the building at Pařížská 15 is for sale. It’s a remarkable development, writes the newspaper, considering that it’s been owned for the past years by a private individual from Saudi Arabia. While the paper reports that Savills is in charge of the deal, it quotes Kamil Kosman of the ARTN association as saying “It’s a premium piece of real estate that investors are willing to pay a premium for.” The 2,500 sqm is composed mostly of 16 flats (70 percent of the total) leased out on a short-term basis. A Celine store opened in the space last year (winning the CIJ Awards Best Retail Lease prize), while HN reports that a Christian Louboutin shop will open in the building’s other retail unit that faces Široká street. Jan Kotrbáček (Cushman & Wakefield) says retailers in such locations can pay as much as €230 per square meter per month.
