Park 30 Partners, based in Tampa, has completed the purchase of a 38.5 acre tract of land in Bradenton for $2.7 million. The property, located near the southeast corner of State Road 70 and U.S. 301 on 33rd Street E. is earmarked for a 216-unit apartment community. The site was recently rezoned to accommodate a multifamily development. Dennis Kotaska, Terri Kotaska and Erick Shumway of Re/Max Alliance Group represented the seller, Royal Palm. Alan Forrester of Opportunity Real Estate and Brian McCarthy of Starboard Tack represented Park 30 Partners.
