ParkLake, a shopping center by Sonae Sierra and Caelum Development, will open in September 2016 with at least 94 percent of gross leasable area occupied. Recent signings include the sports equipment retailer Hervis Sports, the wellness center World Class, Play Park for children and IPB.
“As the date of ParkLake’s opening approaches…we are glad to welcome four new anchor tenants to our already varied tenant-mix,” said Ingo Nissen, Sonae Sierra Managing Director, responsible for Development in Romania.
Located in Bucharest’s District 3, ParkLake represents a €180 m investment.
