ParkLake, a joint venture development between Sonae Sierra and Caelum Development, is now 70 percent leased. Located in Sector 3 of Bucharest, the mall’s tenant list now includes fashion brands such as Zara, Bershka, Massimo Dutti, Stradivarius, Pull&Bear, and Oysho, all of them belonging to the Spanish Inditex Group, as well as H&M, Koton, Maxitoys, and Maxbet. These brands will join Carrefour hypermarket in the 70,000 sqm GLA mall that will offer 200 shops, including 23 restaurants and a cinema multiplex. Construction work is currently underway on the €180m investment, expected to open in 2016.
