Sonae Sierra and Caelum Development’s ParkLake shopping center will open in 2016. According to David Sharkey’s declaration, CEO of Caelum Development, work on the infrastructure will begin soon and the delivery schedule of the shopping center is on schedule. ParkLake currently has an occupancy rate of 65%, according to data released by the developer. Stores will provide 70,000 sqm of space, while a 12,000 sqm Carrefour hypermarket will also be opened. The investment is worth roughly €180m, including the underground garage for 2,600 cars.
