Sonae Sierra and Caelum Development have secured a number of new tenants for ParkLake. The Bucharest shopping center is set to open next spring and is currently 85 percent leased. The UK fashion retailer Debenhams signed on for 5,000 sqm, while LPP Group took space for a number of its brands, including Reserved, Mohito, Sin Say, House and Cropp.
ParkLake will offer 70,000 sqm of retail space. The shopping center, an €180m investment, will feature 200 retailers, including Spanish Inditex Group brands, H&M, Koton, Maxitoys and Carrefour.
