Patrizia Immobilien has acquired the Veybach Center in Euskirchen from Netherlands-based property company ESTAMA Real Estate Management. The parties have agreed to keep the sales price confidential. The three-storey shopping center was built in 2006 and offers a total rental area of 9,000 sqm as well as 340 parking spaces on two levels. The property is fully-let to anchor tenants which include Saturn, the supermarket chain Rewe, Rossmann and the Reno Schuh shoe retailing chain.
