UK investment fund Patron Capital has acquired 43 retail outlets from Blackstone for €35m. The properties are located across Spain’s Asturias and Castilla regions. Main tenants include the supermarket chain El Árbol, ING Direct and the fashion house Cortefiel. Patron Capital is planning to continue developing its commercial segment, which now makes up 50 percent of its portfolio.
