HB Reavis Group secures a €61.55m loan from Pekao for the construction of its Konstruktorska Business Center. Pekao is the only lender providing financing for the project, according to media reports. This is the first deal between HB Reavis and Pekao on the Polish market, following several deals in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
“Following last year’s bond issuance, this transaction is another significant step for our financial operations. We appreciate fact that we are cooperating with a member of the prestigious lender UniCredit Group,” says Jiří Hrbáček, CFO of HB Reavis Group.
Konstruktorska Business Center, which will offer 48,000 sqm of GLA, is already BREEAM-certified.
