Bory Mall, under development by Penta in Bratislava, is set to open in November, Milan Klégr, the project’s managing director, told the server etrend.sk. The mall is currently 90 percent pre-leased. The mall was originally set to open in spring 2015, but strong interest from retailers pushed the opening to the height of the Christmas shopping season. Bory Mall will offer 190 units on 54,000 sqm. Tenants include H&M, C&A, Reserved, Lindex, Terranova, SportsDirect, Nay Elektrodom, Billa, All Toys and Dráčik. Golem fitness center will take 1,600 sqm and a leisure component of the center will offer Buppi and a bowling alley. Cinemax will open a 3D multiplex Imax in the spring.
