Hoping to cash in on the Christmas shopping season, Penta Investments is planning to open Bory Mall in Bratislava on Nov. 13. This is the first new shopping center to open on the Bratislava market since Centrál opened two years ago.
Bory Mall offers 54,000 sqm of leasable space, divided into 200 units. The tenant mix includes brands such as H&M, C&A, Reserved, Lindex, Terranova, Mango, CCC, SportsDirect, and Billa. A 3D Imax cinema is scheduled to open in spring. The leisure component will offer bowling, Buppi for children and a Golem fitness center on 1,600 sqm. The mall will also feature an open-air garden and a ProCare medical center.
