Pepco has opened its new store in Galeria Turzyn in Szczecin. The owner of the center, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, was advised by BSC Real Estate Advisor in the lease deal. “The new tenant perfectly fits the current tenant mix in the gallery, offering fashion for the whole family, as well as interior design products for attractive prices. We are really happy that recent changes which took place in the gallery resulted in Turzyn becoming a more and more popular destination on Szczecin’s retail map, not only for shopping but also to spend time with family,” said Anna Wróblewska, senior associate for retail at BSC Real Estate Advisor. BSC also oversees property management, project services and tenant coordination at the project.
