Bog’Art, through Art Property, and Mobexpert bought two plots of land in the northern part of the Capital from Petrom, according to market sources. The land is located in the Petrom City area, and the transaction is estimated at over EUR 20 million.
Bog’Art bought the lot of 26,000 sqm, and Mobexpert the lot of 43,000 sqm.
The plans provide a mixed project to built on two lots, including 1,500 homes, a hotel and a hospital.
