An affiliate of Phillips Edison & Co. purchased the West Creek Plaza in Coconut Creek for $10.225 million. The 40,175-square-foot retail center located at 4800 W. Hillsboro Blvd. was built in 1986 and sits on a 4.4-acre site. The sale was finalized when Wells Fargo Bank provided a $6.47 million commercial mortgage-backed security loan for the deal. This deal marks the 39th property in Florida for Phillips Edison & Co.
