PHN’s IPO postponed again

21 June 2012

Investors are no longer holding their collective breath ahead of the biggest IPO scheduled for the summer, as Polish Real Estate Holding (PHN) has withdrawn yet again from its offering. “The market is quite sharp at the moment. It’s better to wait, as we’re all counting on a fair price,” says a person close to the Ministry of Treasury. PHN’s chief, Wojciech Papierak refused to comment on the latest developments, though Poland’s treasury deputy, Paweł Tamborski revealed that a final decision has not been taken yet for the offering. September is currently being considered for it.
