Ghelamco Poland signed an agreement with the local supermarket chain Piotr i Paweł for 1,460 sqm of space at its Pasaż Tukanów shopping center in the town of Piaseczno, near Warsaw. The scheme is set to break ground in the second quarter of 2016. Other tenants include Rossmann, Cosmedica pharmacy, ieślikowski and Tondryk. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal. This is the second retail investment for Ghelamco, following its project Plac Vogla, delivered last year. The investment will offer 7,700 sqm of retail space in 30 units, together with a parking garage for 220 vehicles.
