Piotr i Paweł, the popular Polish grocery chain, has leased more than 1,400 sqm at Galeria Libero, currently underway in southern Katowice. Construction of the new shopping center is on schedule. Advanced tenant negotiations are in process, with more than 70 percent of the scheme’s retail area having already been taken. The property, which is being developed by Echo Investment, is scheduled to open in spring 2018.
