MyZeil’s planned F&B area, “Foodtopia,” is currently 80 percent leased. ECE, the developer of the Frankfurt center, recently signed agreements with a number of food concepts, including Friends & Brgrs, which will open its first location in southern Germany at MyZeil. Other tenants include a Sander Group restaurant, La Maison du Pain, Dean&David, ALEX, COA, and the Astor Film Lounge. Construction of the center’s new F&B area is set to break ground in February, with the opening scheduled for spring 2019.
