Plaza Centers has hinted it’s considering putting some of its shares on a yet-to-be-named stock market, the company has revealed. The idea would be to raise €150m, but the Warsaw Stock Exchange does not to be in the running. “We’re consider this way of raising funds, however, the shares issue is not planned to take place on the Polish market,” said Ren Shtarkman, Plaza Centers chairman, explaining that the company does not see the bourse as mature enough. Plaza’s revenues increased by 52 percent to €57m in 2011 with €29m in pre-tax profits. That was an improvement over the €13m it produced in 2010.
