The 55,000 sqm Ploiesti Shopping City, developed by NEPI in partnership with Carrefour, will officially open on Nov. 15.
Ploiesti Shopping City is being developed by South African investment fund in partnership with Carrefour NEPI and has lettable area of 55,000 sqm. The total investment is around €65m, of which 60 percent is directly financed by Carrefour Property and NEPI, and 40 percent comes from a loan that was agreed in July with BRD – Groupe Societe Generale.
The shopping mall will be located near Ploiesti, close to the National Road 1 (DN1) which connects Bucharest to the Prahova Valley.
Free Communication will handle the opening day activities, the third commercial center opening the agency has been involved in.
