NEPI Rockcastle will invest €1m to modernized the food court at Ploiesti Shopping City, which it developed in partnership with Carrefour Property Romania. Five new brands, including the first sushi restaurant in Ploiesti, as well as the city’s first Calif restaurant, are expected to open in the 2,000 sqm food court, bringing the total number of food tenants to 15. NEPI Rockcastle also recently announced it would be investing €3.5m into the food court and entertainment area at the Mega Mall shopping center in Bucharest.
