The Polish Post Office (Poczta Polska) announced it plans to offload one of its Warsaw properties. Poczta Polska hopes to raise PLN 112.5m in the deal. The tender for the land, located along Chmielna street, is set for March 2014. Poczta Polska was originally planning to build its new headquarters on the property. But after taking space from Polish Real Estate Holding PHN on Domaniewska Street over the summer, the postal operator decided it no longer needs the land on Chmielna street.
