The management board of British Automotive Holding (BAH) has filed for bankruptcy, the company said. The motion is in close connection with the bankruptcy of subsidiary British Automotive Poland.
British Automotive Holding, through its subsidiaries, distributed cars, spare parts and accessories on the Polish market, as well as provided comprehensive service for Jaguar and Land Rover brands. It has been listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2008.
