Polnord loses another board member

31 January 2013

Polnord’s vice president Michał Świerczyński left the company to head the retail department at Griffin Group where he was made a partner. Świerczyński is the second Polnord board member to resign during the last couple of months. The company’s CEO, Bartosz Puzdrowski, stepped down in November, shortly before Polnord said it will be focusing only on residential projects. Under Puzdrowsk’s management, the developer had taken steps into the region’s commercial market.
As the new head of retail at Griffin Group, Świerczyński will be responsible for developing the company’s projects, including the Hala Koszyki project and the Renoma shopping mall in Wrocław, acquired by Griffin last year.
