Poseidon Group is planning to open 10 new Capitol Park properties in Croatia by 2020. The retail properties will be located in Zadar, Kutina, Slavonski Brod, Požega, Križevci, Jastrebarsko, Ivanic Grad, Krk, Sisak and Makarska. The UK investor intends to rebrand existing shopping destinations and update the tenant mix. “Under our Capitol Park brand, Poseidon Group is a recognized high-quality regional retail leader that helps our tenants obtain stable profits in the competitive Croatian retail landscape, more jobs for local communities, improved consumer choice, and of course higher investor returns,” said James Gunn, corporate affairs director for Poseidon Group. “We are happy to continue our growth in Croatia and build new possibilities in the retail sector through 2019 and 2020.”
