The UK based property investor, developer and asset manager Poseidon Group plans to open a 4,000 sqm retail park in Pozega, Croatia in October. To be called Pozega Capital Park, the center will be anchored by food retailer Spar along with Pepco, TEDI, Bipa, Intersport and Tutto Bene. Poseidon Group Corporate Affairs director James Gunn said the tenants the company chooses for each Capitol Park have to contribute to creating a shopping destination for all generations. “Under our Capitol Park and Shopping Capitol brands, Poseidon Group is a recognised high-quality regional retail leader and we are happy to continue our growth in Croatia and build new possibilities in the retail sector through this year and next,” he said.
