TriGranit Management signed leases with 25 new tenants for its Poznań City Centre this month. The project, a shopping mall connected to a rail station, is now 55 percent occupied. When completed, the 150,000 sqm project will offer 60,000 sqm of leasable space. The scheme includes 1,500 parking spots. The new tenants that have signed on include Toys’R’Us, Piotr i Paweł, Cubus, Rossmann, Douglas, Benetton, Puma and Nordsee. TriGranit Development Corporation and Polish State Railways are overseeing construction of the project, reportedly a €250m investment. The first phase of the project, Poznań’s main railway station, was delivered at the end of May. Poznań City Centre is scheduled for completion at the end of 2013.
