London-based international asset manager Pradera has opened its first German office in Munich. Berith Ironside has been appointed head of the Munich office. She has nearly 30 years of experience in real estate management, having previously worked at AG Real Estate and Allianz Immobilien. Ironside and her team will manage the Pradera European Retail Parks SCSp Fonds. The portfolio includes retail parks in Cologne, Hamburg and Ulm.
