Pradera is set to buy 27 Ikea retail parks, anchored by the Swedish furniture retailer’s department stores, writes Bloomberg. Pradera offered €1bn for the assets, according to the news report. Cushman & Wakefield represent Ikea in the transaction. Twelve parks are located in Germany, while the rest are in Sweden, Finland, France, Switzerland, Poland and the Czech Republic. Once the deal closes, Ikea will have 25 retail parks in its European portfolio.
