Prima Development Group has signed an agreement with Zahărul Oradea shareholders for the acquisition of the over 26 hectares platform on which, until 2018, one of the largest sugar factories in Romania operated. The value of the transaction is EUR 5.6 million.
“One of the options is to create a logistics area, because it is at the exit to Borș customs. It will be a mixed project. Oradea does not have many shopping centers today, so it would be possible to achieve a combination of logistics, commercial and housing. It is possible to link the commercial component to that of apartments and a side area kept for logistics. Most likely, we will see a plan with possible variants in the first half of next year “, said Andrei Moanţ, general manager of Prima Development Group.
