Oasis Development signed a number of new clients at its Prima Shops in Oradea. The tenant mix now includes C&A, WoW, a Mesopotamia restaurant, a Piata9 steakhouse and the Italian seafood & fish store chain Giorgio Mare. C&A, which leased 1,100 sqm, will introduce a new commercial and design concept at the strip mall. Prima Shops Oradea offers 10,000 sqm of leasable space. Investment costs exceeded €12m.
