The French-Belgian Louise-Delhaize Group is planning to leave the Hungarian market, but the future of the existing companies Profi and Match is still unsure. One possible outcome involves the Hungarian supermarket company CBA could end up buying the company’s stores. Attila Fodor, CBA’s communication director did not deny the company is interested in such a deal, but says the talks are very difficult. It’s also believed that Tesco is interested in buying the companies.
