PSJ has completed its second shopping center in Russia. Located in the city of Tambov, the €10.5m investment stretches across 3 ha of land. A Karusel hypermarket anchors the scheme with a 7,932 sqm store. The two-story shopping mall still has an additional 5,587 sqm of retail space, half of which has been leased. The tenant mix includes an Eldorado electronics store and furniture store. The mall provides parking for 355 cars.
Unicredit Bank and EGAP financed the project, while Eko Prom Lipeck was the main investor. The project opens in phases. Eldorado was the first to open for business at the end of November. The Karusel hypermarket and half of the mall opened today.
Last year, PSJ completed a shopping complex in Ryazan, southeast of Moscow.
