The publity Performance Fund 6 has the sold the Hansa Shopping Center in Bottrop. The 31,500 sqm property, which offers nearly 180 parking places, was acquired in August 2016. The purchase price was not disclosed. Located in the center of town on the Hansastraße, the shopping center is currently undergoing a complete renovation. The law firm CMS Hasche Sigl provided the legal advice on the transaction.
Publity Performance’s manager Frederik Mehlitz says that investors are looking for investments in non-traditional locations. “This demand pressure enabled a profitable sale even before the shopping center was completed. This enabled us to make optimum use of the value-added potential of this project development,” he said.
