Lakeland-based Publix Super Markets has bought out another in a series of retail centers it anchors in Jacksonville for $24 million. The 103,552 sqf retail center on Atlantic Boulevard traded for just under $232 per sqf. The seller, Lat Purser & Associates, acquired the shopping center in November 2007 for $6.5 million. Other anchor tenants in the center include CVS Pharmacy, Jimmy Hula’s and Jerry’s Sports Grille along with a standalone Wells Fargo Bank branch built in 1991.
