Publix Super Markets has purchased Northwood Plaza, a retail center it anchors in Clearwater. Other tenants at the 203,749 sq ft, six-building center are Stein Mart, CVS, Anytime Fitness and Talbots. Situated on 20.4 acres at 2508-2554 McMullen Booth Road, the center was 95 percent leased at the time of the sale. Other nationally recognized tenants include Starbucks, Great Clips, Weight Watchers, Scottrade, GNC, Massage Envy and SunTrust. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. represented the seller, AEW Capital Management, during the transaction.
