Publix Super Markets has just closed a transaction on the Sea Plum Town Center in Jupiter for $18.7 million. Trading for $306 per square foot, the 61,112 square-foot retail center is located at 2525 Military Trail and 123 Honeybell Way. The seller, Sea Plum Florida, bought the plaza in 2011 for $13.1 million in a deed in lieu of foreclosure. The center is anchored by a 39,773 square-foot stand alone Publix while the rest of the shopping centers tenants include Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Sundaes Frozen Yogurt, Subway and Sal’s Italian Ristorante.
