Publix Super Markets subsidiary Real Sub has purchased the Briar Bay Convenience Center for $16.7 million. Located at 13005 Southwest 89th Place in Miami the center has 50,783 square feet and sits on a plotof roughly six acres. Built in 1974, it was last sold in 2004. Publix is the anchor tenant with Outback Steakhouse and Little Hollies Sports Grill also on the rent roll. Real Sub purchased the two story complex from Kiki Courtelis, a trustee of the Alec Courtelis trust.
