Tenants include the UPS Store, Castaways Bar & Grill, Avanti Pizza & Pasta and Supercuts. The seller, North Miami Beach-based Equity One, bought the retail center in 2002 for $9.25 million. Publix announced earlier this year that it would invest $1.3 billion in acquiring real estate, building new stores and renovating its existing supermarkets.
