Putsch Immobilien has acquired a retail park in Tübingen, Germany. The retail park, located at Schleifmühleweg 36, offers approximately 7,400 sqm of retail space. The seller is AXA IM – Real Assets on behalf of a client. Savills Immobilien brokered the deal. Built in 2003, the retail park is currently fully leased. Among many tenants are Rewe and Saturn. Putsch Immobilien plans further investments in the Stuttgart metropolitan region.
