The second phase of H-Park, the only retail space completed in Brno since the beginning of 2014, has secured an occupancy permit. The second phase adds 2,900 sqm to the retail park, bringing the total area to 7,500 sqm. The developer, Raiffeisen-Leasing, started development on the second phase after the first phase was fully leased last fall. Cushman & Wakefield is the leasing agent.
Schachermayer, an equipment wholesaler for craftsmen, industry and retail; Šimbera, door and door frame retailer; and Import Fashion will open units at the end of the summer. Raiffeisen–Leasing is considering leasing the remaining space to a car diagnostics center or a bookstore.
