Rank Progress shooting for WIG20 ranking

25 September 2012

Rank Progress is hoping to make it into the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s WIG20 index this year. The index track’s WSE’s most liquid businesses and the Polish developer is trying to prove it belongs. Rank Progress recently started construction on a new shopping mall in the city of Chojnice and has several other projects in the works in Piła, Krosna and Grudziądz. “We have selected more than 80 locations, during talks with the tenants, that would interest them,” said Jan Mroczka, head of Rank Progress, adding that project financing is not a concern at moment. “We have new banks coming from Germany, offering corporation, that we haven’t worked with yet,” Mroczka said.
