Rank Progress announced it could strike some deals in the near-term, with an acquisition for a retail facility scheduled to be closed later this year. “We’re seriously considering taking over one of the projects that’s currently underway,” says Mroczka. “The acquisition is expected to be closed in the second quarter of 2012.” said Jan Mroczka, Rank Progress chairman, adding that further purchases are planned next year. “Talks with a few of the companies are now underway to take over some new facilities,” says Mroczka.
