Rank Progress is planning to build a new shopping center in Budzistwo near the city of Kołobrzeg in western Poland. Galeria Kołobrzeg will offer 34,000 sqm of space, and include a supermarket and several well-known fashion, electronics and DIY stores. The scheme, which is being design by Egis Poland, will also have 950 parking spaces. Rank Progress is going to apply for building permit in this year. A general contractor has not been named yet. Construction is scheduled to start in 2015.
